New Saltwater Disposal Site Crude Oil Saltwater Separator Technique

MSR has a number of oil-water separator designs for various applications such as Crude Oil Saltwater Separator Technique for saltwater disposal wells. We are currently developing a new application for the separation of crude oil from saltwater, to be utilized at saltwater disposal sites. The system has not yet been made commercially available, but our field testing has been very positive and we expect to have a full size unit in the field in the next few weeks. Slight modifications and revisions are being made in order to produce the most efficient and cost-effective unit available. This is a unit designed for 235 m³ per hour, but we can design any size that may be necessary (we have provided equipment up to 4500 m³ per hour). We will be updating our progress as the design continues.
